PLEASE NOTE:  All vendor signage & banners must be displayed within your purchased exhibit hall booth space. Any display of vendor signage outside of a booth, must be approved in advance by the NCAFC Executive Director.

 

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:  Final approved booth placements are determined on a first-come-first-served basis.  Be sure to list first, second and third booth choice preferences, in the event that your first choice is no longer available.  If your listed choice preferences are unavailable, we will do our best to place you in the next most comparable booth, based on availability. Our administrative team will be reviewing your registration and will be in touch within 7-10 business days to confirm your booth placement and answer any questions you may have. Please note: You can pay the day of the tournament. While on-site registration will be available, pre-registration better assists us in tournament planning and team assignments in advance. Plan to arrive early to get signed in and to find your team.
