VENDOR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO OUR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for your support of the North Carolina Association of Fire Chiefs. In order to assist us in providing the very best customer experience for both our vendors and attendees, the following Vendor Payment & Cancellation Policy is provided for your convenience.

PAYMENT POLICY
When registering for MWC Conference options, payment may be made at time of registration, and is due no later than March 31, 2021. Any invoices outstanding as of March 30, 2021 will be subject to 2% finance charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are unavailable after the following dates:
For Sponsorships, Marketing & Advertising: 12-4-20
For Exhibit Hall Space: 12-4-20
Refunds requested prior to these dates will be subject to a $50 Cancellation Processing Fee, deducted from the amount of the refund.
