PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO OUR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for your support of the North Carolina Association of Fire Chiefs. In order to assist us in providing the very best experience, the following Attendee Payment & Cancellation Policy is provided for your convenience.

When registering for MWC, payment is due by December 6, 2019 or upon conference arrival. You can pay online or onsite at the registration desk.
Any invoices outstanding after February 2, 2020 will be subject to 2% finance charge.
If canceling prior to December 6th, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after December 6th.
ATTENDEE TRANSFER POLICY
Registration may be transferred to another attendee for an administrative fee of $25, due at the time of transfer.
