Our Vendor Registration Platform will now allow you to select and purchase your exhibit hall booth, sponsorships, advertising and more, directly from our interactive exhibit hall map and platform.

Booths Include Three-Sided Pipe & Drape Dividers, one 72 x 30 inch Table, Two Chairs, Internet Access & Standard Electricity. Options Include

Showcase your apparatus in our special outdoor exhibit space.
One vehicle per space.
PLEASE NOTE: All vendor signage & banners must be displayed within your purchased exhibit hall booth space. Any display of vendor signage outside of a booth, must be approved in advance by the NCAFC Executive Director.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER: Final approved booth placements are determined on a first-come-first-served basis. Be sure to list first, second and third booth choice preferences, in the event that your first choice is no longer available. If your listed choice preferences are unavailable, we will do our best to place you in the next most comparable booth, based on availability. Our administrative team will be reviewing your registration and will be in touch within 7-10 business days to confirm your booth placement and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact our support team by email at support@ncafc.com.
** Select Sponsorship Packages offer complimentary booth space based on the package selected. Charges for complimentary sponsor booths will be removed from invoice by NCAFC Support after review and approval.

Move-In Change for MWC 2027

Expanded Expo Hours on Friday
We are excited to share that in response to your feedback, the attendee hours for the MWC Expo have been expanded this year and are now from 1 PM Thursday to 5 PM Friday, giving you even more time to connect with fire service decision makers!
NCAFC Award Banquet Moves to Wednesday
And to accommodate this change in hours, the NCAFC Awards Banquet will be held on Wednesday evening, allowing more of our vendors to attend this great event as well! Come join us as we celebrate our Chiefs of the Year and Officers of the Year award winners! Learn more and purchase tickets at www.ncafc.com/banquet-2027.

With the Banquet on Wednesday being held in a portion of the same Expo Hall space, please note the following changes to our Exhibitor Move-In Schedule, reference in the graphic below.
