This new initiative is focused on supporting the advancement of women in fire service leadership through professional development, mentorship, networking, and collaboration.
 

This meeting is open to everyone who has an interest in supporting and strengthening leadership opportunities for women in the fire service. Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences, identify challenges and opportunities, and help shape the direction and priorities of the group.
