The NC Association of Fire Chiefs and Conference Committee are now accepting submissions for speakers & session presentations for our 2027 Annual Conference, to be held January 26 - 29, 2027 in Concord, NC.

To be considered for selection, please complete the online submission form below by clicking the button below.

Please note that all presentations must be strictly educational and not delivered to promote any specific product, service or service provider, unless otherwise approved by the NCAFC.

All submissions must be received by Friday, July 24, 2026.

LAPTOPS

Each presenter is responsible for providing the laptop required for his or her presentation. Each conference session location will be set up with a projector and screen, as well as microphone where required. If you will be connecting any other device to the projector other than a standard PC (ex. Apple device), please be sure to bring the appropriate cables for projector connection.

I understand that I am responsible for providing my own laptop and non-standard projector cables (if applicable), for my presentation.
