With the challenges we all have faced and continue to face this year with the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have all come to appreciate even more the potential opportunity to once again "gather together."  Please know that the NCAFC has worked diligently with all conference support partners to provide the safest conference & expo environment possible, based on CDC guidelines.  These additional safety measures include, however are not limited to

  • Mask Requirement

  • Social Distancing

  • Temperature Checks Upon Entry

  • Controlled Traffic Flow, including Expo Floor

  • Expanded Expo Floor Space with Full-Height Booth Dividers

  • Plexiglass at Registration Desk

  • Expanded Registration Requirements for Contact Tracing

  • Larger Session Rooms & Overflow Rooms to Allow for Social Distancing

  • Room Rotation & Sanitation Between Sessions

  • Three Friday Lunch Seating Times to allow for proper Sanitation with Expanded Seating for Social Distancing

  • Hotel Sanitation Protocols (Learn More)

  • Expanded Banquet Seating to Only Six per Table

Must be a registered exhibitor or attendee and present ticket.  Each Exhibitor will receive two lunch tickets with the purchase of each booth.  Additional lunch tickets are available to purchase at the cost of $40 each (see link below).
