Legislative Update on Senate Bill 303

Section 2.15 which included language to streamline building codes and remove duplicate language within the codes will be removed from Senate Bill 303. The bill will be sent to Regulation and Reform where an amendment will be introduced to withdrawn 2.15 a, b, and c.

We thank the NC Fire Service for addressing our concerns with the legislators.
