December 9, 2020: CONFERENCE UPDATE
At this time, MWC 2021 has been rescheduled to May 18th - 22nd. The educational sessions and overall schedule will remain widely the same, and we will still be at the Embassy in Concord!
What If We Can't Make It In May?
To request a full refund, with no cancellation fee, please contact NCAFC Support by Friday, January 15th.
Thank you for your support of the North Carolina Association of Fire Chiefs. In order to assist us in providing the very best customer experience for both our vendors and attendees, the following Vendor Payment & Cancellation Policy is provided for your convenience.

PAYMENT POLICY
When registering for MWC Conference options, payment may be made at time of registration, and is due no later than July 30, 2021. Any invoices outstanding as of July 30, 2021 will be subject to 2% finance charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are unavailable after the following dates:
For Sponsorships, Marketing & Advertising: 4-16-21
For Exhibit Hall Space: 4-16-21
Refunds requested prior to these dates will be subject to a $50 Cancellation Processing Fee, deducted from the amount of the refund.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
Given the unforeseen nature of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we realize that circumstances and state guidelines may require us to cancel our in-person conference. In the event this occurs, all registered vendors will be prompted notified and refunds issued accordingly.
